Placing Orders - Orders may be placed online through our secure website. Please be sure to include your full name, business name (if applicable), phone number, email address, and street address, so that we can contact you with any questions and update you with the shipping and tracking information for your orders.
Process Time - Au Bon Broth produces and delivers fresh batches of broth on Mondays. Orders placed after Monday will ship the following Monday. Fulfillment and shipping times vary based on the size of the order, and the distance to the destination.
Cancellation, Order Change and Refund Policy - All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, no cancellations are possible. Once an order has been placed, no refunds are possible. Similarly, if you wish to add to your order, Au Bon Broth reserves the right to treat any additions as a second order incurring additional shipping charges.
Product Availability - We produce our broths daily while maintaining the highest standards to assure you the highest quality products. If for some reason we are unable to ship all or part of any order, our liability will be limited to those amounts paid under this Agreement.
Responsibility for Product Shipment
We ship ONLY to the continental United States and only ship on Mondays. Orders placed after Monday 10am PST will ship the following Monday. Once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier, Au Bon Broth is no longer responsible for the contents. We encourage customers to use the tracking information provided to them to track shipments and retrieve their items promptly. Our broth is shipped in a frozen state and should be placed in the refrigerator or freezer immediately upon arrival. Please note that once an order has been packed and shipped and has left our facility, we no longer have control over its transit. We cannot re-route the package, cancel an order, nor do we have control over how it's handled.
Shipping Methods & Costs - All orders are shipped via UPS/Fed-Ex/other carriers and include delivery confirmation or tracking information, which will be provided to you in the shipping confirmation e-mail. Please note, we reserve the right to upgrade your shipping method at no additional charge to you (e.g. upgrade ) Standard shipping is generally 2-3 business days (not guaranteed). We only ship on Mondays. Orders placed after Monday will ship the following Monday. We cannot guarantee the timeframe or parcel arrival date for any shipping method.
Risk of Loss - All orders are made pursuant to a shipment contract meaning that the risk of loss and title for such orders pass to you upon Au Bon Broth's delivery of the order to a shipment carrier. We encourage you to use the tracking information supplied for your order to track and retrieve items promptly.
Order Arrival - Our products are shipped frozen and should be removed from the shipping box immediately and placed in the refrigerator or the freezer.
Invalid Payments - Au Bon Broth will not process orders that use an incorrect, expired, or over-the-limit credit card. We will try our best to contact you if this occurs. However, in the event that such an order is processed, Au Bon Broth reserves the right to collect funds for any uncollected transactions owed to it. You shall be responsible and liable for any costs, including attorneys' costs and collection costs, that Au Bon Broth may incur in its efforts to collect any unpaid balances from you. Your right to use the Au Bon Broth Online Ordering Service is subject to limits established by Au Bon Broth and/or by your credit card issuer.
Recurring Monthly Delivery and Subscription Terms
By checking the terms and conditions box when having a recurring subscription delivery selected, you authorize and agree that you are receiving a Recurring Monthly Delivery and Subscription of our bone broth and agree to a 3 shipment minimum, one shipment per 30 days after the initial order. Your recurring orders will be processed every 30 days from the time of the first order.
These transactions are final; NO cancellations, refunds, changes to address, changes to products, order processing, order delays and shipping schedules can be applied to these orders. This creates a streamlined and predictable workflow for us and is what allows us to pass on savings to you. This is what allows us to pass on savings to you. Please note that all sales on recurring order subscriptions are final. Once an order processes on our site and you receive the confirmation of an order being placed from your subscription, this order cannot be canceled, modified, changed or refunded because by this time it has already been sent out and would be on its way to you. These terms are also sent to payment processors and credit card companies so attempted chargebacks will not be accepted.

We offer nationwide delivery via UPS/Fed-Ex and other carriers. Bone broth is shipped out only on Mondays. Orders placed after Monday will ship out the following Monday. The broth is shipped frozen inside an insulated liner with dry ice and gel packs and needs to be refrigerated or frozen as soon as it's delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for products that spoil after delivery. Since our broth is shipped frozen solid with dry ice, it should remain in the temperature safe zone (Under 35°F) until it is delivered. Your broth may arrive partially thawed and slushy- but this is okay- just be sure to refrigerate/freeze it immediately to prevent further thawing.
Our bone broth is slowly simmered in stainless steel stockpots to extract as many nutrients and gelatin as possible. It is then strained to remove excess fat and then rapid-cooled prior to being packaged and frozen for shipment.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email and carrier tracking number once the carrier picks up the shipment from our kitchen.
We rapid cool the bone broth then cold-fill BPA-Free 32oz standup plastic pouches for maximum freshness and to eliminate spills, leaks, or cracks possible in other, more brittle plastic containers or glass.
You can place the pouch under some warm running water before reheating in a pot on your stove or you can let it thaw out in the refrigerator overnight. We highly advise against using microwave, as this method can potentially alter and/or ruin the nutrients you spent good money on.
It tastes so good most people drink it straight up but you can add your own ingredients to it, make a delicious soup with it, make risottos and rice dishes with or even make pancakes with it!
Your broth will last 7 days in the refrigerator after opening or you can freeze for up to 1 year and un-thaw as needed.
